HI Friend, I had the same problem, let me clarify for you How i solved this.

1. You need instal the novacom software: http://universal-novacom-installer.googlecode.com/files/UniversalNovacomInstaller.jar

2. The program will be installed in the C:/Program Files/Palm,inc
3. Extract the ACMEInstaller Folder in the C:/Program Files/Palm,inc
4. Then open the prompt and type this command:
cd C:/Program Files/Palm,inc (hit enter )
novacom boot mem:// < ACMEInstaller (hit enter, obvious)
5. The Android will be install, automatically….

In mine works fine, amazing…..

Hi.
i`ve a Problem.
I follow this tut and i stopped at point 14.
it dont work…
i typr the command in CMD and i get the message that this command cant be found.
HELP

I tried to follow your instructions but I could not extract or open the Acme Installer or the other programs. I know I downloaded them and copied them to the cminstall folder I made on my desktop but can’t continue. any tips??
